Enjoying the outdoors in Bureau County

After several consecutive weekends of storms, blustery winds and dangerous wind chill, Illinois Valley residents and nature lovers got sunny, clear day to enjoy.

The Hennepin Canal and Mautino State Fish and Wildlife Area were just two of the places that attracted people.
