Richard F. Wollack, 66, of La Salle passed away at 4:50 p.m. Jan. 6, 2014, in Illinois Valley Community Hospital, Peru.
Funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in St. Hyacinth Church, La Salle, with the Rev. Paul Carlson officiat-ing. Burial will be at St. Hyac-inth Cem-etery at a later date.
Visitat-ion will be 10-11 a.m. Thursday in the church. Burgess Funeral Home, La Salle is assisting the family with arrangements
Mr. Wollack was born Sept. 19, 1947, in La Salle to Florian and Elaine (Radliff) Wollack. He married Joanne Scuito in St. Hyacinth Church.
He worked as a driver for Frito Lay and Orkin until his retirement.
He was a member of St. Hyaicnth Church.
He is survived by his mother, Elaine Karczewski of La Salle; two daughters, Kari Wollack of La Salle and Kelli (Nazim) Ajdinoski of Danville; one stepsister, Rhonda (Jay) Perino of Spring Valley; three grandchildren Jordan Dannenberg, Haley J. Wollack and Arsim Ajdinoski; nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father; one daughter, Denice Lynn at the age of 2; and two stepbrothers.
