Marion Bickett



Marion B. Bickett, 86, of Tiskilwa passed away Oct. 9, 2013, in Walnut Manor Nursing Home, Walnut.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Fiocchi-Jensen Funeral Home, Princeton, with Rich Holm officiating. Interment will follow at Oakland Cemetery, Princeton.
Visitation will be 3-5 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.
Marion was born Oct. 3, 1927, in rural Bradford to Oscar and Margurite (Charles) Borg. She married James F. Bickett on June 28, 1948, in Tiskilwa.
She had worked as a bookkeeper and at the Pioneer research lab as a lab tech. She was a beloved mother and adored grandmother.
She is survived by three daughters, Kathy Krauss of La Salle, Margaret (Tom) Stewart of St. Charles and Lynn (Rich) Holm of Newman; four grandchildren, Brandon Carlson, Katie Schwartz, Nathan Holm and Malea Holm; five great-grandchildren, Mayah, Sophia and Tessa Carlson, Emma Rose and Olivia Schwartz; one brother, Dale (Sharon) Borg of Sevierville, Tenn.; and many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 2007; one sister, Doris Whitfield; and one son in law, Skip Krauss.
