Dolores M. (Keenan) Postula, 84, of La Salle passed away Aug. 23, 2013, in Heritage Healthcare Center of La Salle.
Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in Mueller-Pagani Funeral Home, La Salle, followed by Mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. in St. Patrick Church, La Salle. The Very Rev. An-tonio Dit-tmer, pastor, will officiate. Burial will follow at St. Vin-cent’s Ce-metery, La Salle.
Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home with a rosary at 3:45 p.m.
She was born Aug. 12, 1929, in La Salle to Thomas and Victoria (Picco) Keenan. She married Jerome Postula on July 18, 1955, in St. Patrick Church, La Salle.
Mrs. Postula was employed at Westclox and was known as a hard and fast worker. She was a great cook and baker. She was always willing to help anyone, in any way, especially if it involved cooking. She was a member of St. Patrick’s Church.
Survivors are her husband, Jerry; one son, Gary Postula of La Salle; two sisters, Margaret Coutts and Betty Faletti both of Spring Valley; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one son, Mark in infancy; one sister, Cathleen, and two brothers, William and Robert.
