Judith “Judy” Ohlson, 67, of Mendota passed away May 9, 2013, in Illinois Valley Community Hospital, Peru.
Memorial services will be at 11 a.m., Saturday in Immanuel Lutheran Church, Earlville with the Rev. Norman Stark officiating. Burial will be private. Visitation will be one hour prior to services Saturday in the church. Arrangements were provided by Hanley-Turner-Eighner Funeral Home, Earlville.
She was born Dec. 4, 1945, in Fort Worth, Texas, to Robert and Wilma (Hunt) Watt. She married Alvin “Al” Ohlson on Dec. 9, 1966, in Fort Worth, Texas. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church where she was active with the Senior Saturdays, helping with the meals and the fellowship after. Judy worked in the home health care field for more than 18 years.
She is survived by her husband, Al; two sons, Michael Ohlson of Marseilles and Troy (Wendy) Ohlson of Somonauk; four special grandchildren, Austin, Clayton, Dylan and Baylee.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her loving grandmother, Louise Weed.
