Lenora Barbara (Mussatto) Bean, 96, of Cedar Point passed away April 30, 2013, in Illinois Valley Community Hospital, Peru.

Private services were at 10:30 a.m. today in Prey-Mueller Funeral Home, Oglesby, with the Rev. Paul Carlson, of St. Patrick Church, La Salle, officiating. Burial was at St. Vincent Cemetery, La Salle.

Lenora was born Nov. 21, 1916, in Cedar Point to John and Mary (Madlena) Mussatto. She married Elmer Bean on April 12, 1936, in St. Theresa Church in Cedar Point.

She operated Lenora’s Beauty Shop in Cedar Point for many years.

She is survived by three children, Ronald (Anita) Bean and Karen Guynn both of Cedar Point, and Bonnie (Mike) Novak of Peru; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; and one sister, Dorothy Patarozzi of Cedar Point.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer on June 12, 1980; one grandson, Todd Guynn; one brother and two sisters.

Memorials may be directed to American Diabetes Association.
