Jessica Ellerbrock and Scott Grubar were united in marriage during a ceremony performed at 1 p.m. Sept. 29 in Queen of the Holy Rosary Church, La Salle. The Rev. Gary Blake officiated.
Parents of the couple are Ronald Ellerbrock of Peru, Jennifer Ellerbrock of Oglesby and Mr. and Mrs. James (Sally) Grubar of Waltham.
Maid of honor was Stephenie Mateika. Bridesmaids were Julie Grubar, Ashley Ellerbrock, Ashley Placher, Megan Placher and Brittnay Sims.
Best man was Benjamin Blanco. Groomsmen were Steven Ellerbrock, Matt Hamilton, Brian Roether, Peter Klimak and Jon Stack.
Flower girl was McKenzie Krzyaniak. Ring bearers were Dominic and Michael Ellerbrock.
A reception in the couple’s honor was at Celebrations 150, La Salle. Following a 10-day honeymoon to Seattle, Wash., and Vancouver, Canada, the couple resides in Ladd.
The bride is a graduate of La Salle-Peru Township High School, Sauk Valley Community College with an associate degree in radiology and University of St. Francis with a bachelor of science degree. She is employed by Perry Memorial Hospital, Princeton.
The bridegroom is a graduate of L-P and attends Illinois Valley Community College. He is employed by Wal-mart Distribution Center, Spring Valley, and Grubar’s Meat Processing, Waltham.
