He hired a personal trainer, Maggie Keilman.

Time for an oil change?
When her 4-year-old daughter was bit by a dog last year and had to get stitches, Amber Wheeler of Marseilles turned to essential oils in hopes of speeding up the healing process. She mixed lavender oil and frankincense oil with a carrier oil and gave it to her daughter to apply to the cut on her lip. As it healed, the wound didn’t seem to bother the youngster at all.

Millions of young risk hearing loss
The World Health Organization says millions of young people around the world are at risk of hearing loss from loud music. The U.N. agency said a review of data from middle- and high-income countries shows almost half of all 12 to 35-year-olds listen to unsafe levels of music on their personal audio devices or cell phones.
