Ryan Condit scored 16 points and Kyle Henderson added 15 on Tuesday as the Henry boys basketball team topped LaMoille-Ohio 49-40 in a non-conference game in LaMoille.
The Mallards built a 33-14 halftime lead.
However, the Lions came charging back in the second half, outscoring Henry 15-6 in the third quarter and 11-10 in the final frame.
Brandon Morris led L-O with a game-high 22 points and 12 rebounds. Julian Gonzales added 13 points for the Lions.
Fieldcrest 55, Lexington 51
Fieldcrest senior Brady Sanders did not score in the first quarter Tuesday, but more than made up for it in the final three quarters as he scored a team-high 21 points to lead the Knights to a Heart of Illinois Conference win in Minonk.
Sanders scored 10 points in the fourth quarter.
Kyle Crowley scored 13 points for the Knights, while Nick Panzica added 10.
Wethersfield 71, Hall 67
The Red Devils made a strong surge in the second half Tuesday but it wasn’t enough to pull out a non-conference win on the road.
Hall trailed the Flying Geese 34-19 at halftime. The Red Devils outscored Wethersfield 22-16 in the third quarter and 26-21 in the final eight minutes.
Brett Fanning led Hall with 20 points, while Miguel Villarreal added 17.
DePue 64, Leland-Earlville 61
The Little Giants pulled out a non-conference victory Tuesday in Leland.
Freshman Colin Bomstad led the Panthers (1-7) with 21 points.
Galva 67, Marquette 47
Elliot Kowalski recorded a double-double Tuesday with 10 points and 14 rebounds as the Crusaders fell in a non-conference game on the road.
Eddie Hettel added eight points for the Crusaders (2-5), who trailed 31-18 at halftime.
Dunlap 55, La Salle-Peru 36
Brittany Zawacki scored 15 points Tuesday as the Lady Cavaliers fell in a non-conference game on the road. Mia Porter had five points and Madison Held added four.
Kewanee 40, Putnam County 38
The Lady Panthers fell just short in a non-conference game in Granville.
Carly Gonet led PC with a game-high 16 points, while Daniela Pavlovich scored eight for the Lady Panthers (7-2), who trailed 22-20 at halftime and 27-25 entering the fourth quarter.
DeKalb 53, Ottawa 34
The Lady Pirates (5-3) fell Tuesday in a Northern Illinois Big 12 Conference crossover on the road.
Junior Cassidy Rice hit a 3-point basket to beat the buzzer ending the second quarter to cut the halftime deficit to 28-16, but the Lady Barbs’ defensive pressure plagued the red and white.
Ottawa lost the turnover battle 18-8.
Rice led the team with 11 points and junior Jasmine Bailey shot 2-of-3 from downtown and finished with 10.
DeKalb is 8-0.

Luke Tomaszewski bowled a 685 series, including a high game of 276, to lead the Cavaliers to a Northern Illinois Big 12 Conference victory Tuesday at the Illinois Valley Super Bowl in Peru.
Chris Reynolds rolled a 681 series, including a 244 high game, for L-P.
Austin Phillips led the Pirates with a 628 series, which included a 246 high game.
