More than 200 children participated in the 29th annual Lock 14 Kids Fishing Tournament on Saturday. The Better Fishing Association hosted the competition, which had three categories: boys ages 4-12, girls ages 4-12 and boys and girls ages 13-15.

The child who caught the largest fish in each division received a trophy, but that was not the only prize of the day. Children who caught the largest of each type of fish were awarded tackle boxes and fishing poles.

Every child who participated in the tournament got to take home a participation prize, regardless of how many fish caught.
