Putnam County senior Harold Fay reached a career milestone Monday.
The Panther sank a 3-pointer about a minute into the game to eclipse 1,000 points for his career.
Fay scored 24 more points to help Putnam County rally for a 64-57 victory over Midland in a Tri-County Conference make-up game in Granville.
Evan Koehler added 21 points for PC (18-6, 5-2 TCC), which trailed 37-30 at halftime.
Bureau Valley 80, Amboy 68
Five BV players scored in double figures Monday as the Storm rolled to victory Monday in a Three Rivers Conference North Division make-up game in Manlius.
Parker Neuhalfen scored a team-high 21 points, Ryan Young scored 16 points, Tommy Johnston and Alex Johnson each had 12 points and Josh Mead added 11.
BV led 27-12 after the first quarter and 50-25 at halftime.
Fieldcrest 69, Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley 45
Four Knights scored in double figures Monday to lift Fieldcrest to victory in a Heart of Illinois Conference game in Minonk.
Drew Barth scored a game-high 14 points, brother Ryan had 12 points, Jackson Puetz chipped in 11 points and Grant Jochums added 10 points.
Fieldcrest took a 33-18 halftime lead.
Fieldcrest 53, Olympia 26
No. 3-seeded Fieldcrest jumped out to a 20-2 lead after the first quarter Monday and cruised to victory over No. 6 Olympia in a Class 2A Eurkea Regional quarterfinal.
Tessa Holland scored a team-high 18 points for the Lady Knights, while Julia Jochums added 12 points.
Fieldcrest advances to face No. 2 Tremont at 8 p.m. Wednesday.
Earlville-Leland 41, Paw Paw 24
Alexis Maxwell had 11 points and seven rebounds Monday to help the No. 4-seeded Lady Red Raiders keep their season alive with a victory over No. 5 Paw Paw in a Class 1A Earlville Regional quarterfinal.
Carrissa Miller and Julie Musich each scored seven points for E-L, while Lexie Collins added five points, seven rebounds and three steals.
The Lady Red Raiders advance to face No. 1 Indian Creek at 6 p.m. Wednesday.
DePue and Henry had their seasons ended Monday in Class 1A Roanoke-Benson Regional quarterfinals.
The No. 6-seeded Lady Giants lost 89-27 to No. 3 Roanoke-Benson, while No. 5 Henry fell 42-30 to No. 5 Midland.
Lindsey Werkau led DePue with 15 points.
Midland will face No. 1 Putnam County at 6 p.m. Wednesday.
Mendota 68, Plano 41
Four Lady Trojans scored in double figures as Mendota rolled to a non-conference victory in Mendota.
Amy Devitt led MHS with a game-high 17 points, Ally and Abby Bromenschenkel each scored 14 points and Brooke Carroll added 12 points.
The Lady Trojans (22-3) built a 30-7 lead after the first quarter and extended it to 54-20 by halftime.
Sterling 42, Ottawa 32
The Lady Pirates suffered their first Northern Illinois Big 12 Conference West Division loss of the season Monday in Sterling.
Jasmin Bailey scored a team-high nine points for Ottawa, while Jill Wignes added eight points and four steals.
The Lady Pirates (19-4, 8-1 NIB 12 West) trailed 13-6 after the first quarter and 20-14 at halftime.
Despite the loss, Ottawa is the outright conference champion as every other team has at least three losses with only one league game left.
Highland 100, IVCC 61
Torrance Johnson scored 18 points and grabbed 10 rebounds Monday, but it wasn’t nearly enough as the Eagles were routed in an Arrowhead Conference game in Freeport.
Mendota graduate Ross Arteaga had 16 points for the Eagles (10-13, 1-5 Arrowhead), who trailed 43-31 at halftime.
