If you could spend a day with any famous athlete, who would it be and why? Kyrie Irving because he’s one of my favorite players and he’s just really good.

With what food could you win an eating contest? Buffalo chicken pizza.

What is your favorite class? Algebra because it comes easier to me.

Besides basketball season, what is your favorite thing about winter? Snow, Christmas and being with family.

What is your favorite movie? Coach Carter.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why? Hawaii because I’ve heard many nice things about it.

Last week’s accomplishments: Huebbe led the Cavaliers at the Romeoville Christmas Classic as he scored 69 points in three tournament games. He opened the tournament with 23 points and four rebounds in a 57-50 loss to Chicago Christian. In a 91-84 overtime victory over Lemont, Huebbe poured in 33 points, dished out three assists and had two steals. Huebbe came up big again in a 45-44 win over Joliet Catholic as he scored 13 points, grabbed six boards and hit the game-winning layup with 1.4 seconds left.

Huebbe on his performance: I think my team helped me out with how I did. I’m just letting the game come to me more.

Coach Jim Cherveny says: Brady is a self-motivated kid who strives for perfection at every practice and every game. At the Romeoville Christmas tournament, it paid off. He got some shots that were falling for him. He’s a phenomenal player and a pleasure to coach.
