Roundup: L-O girls fall, L-E boys win

The LaMoille-Ohio girls basketball team lost to top-seeded Newark 70-28 Wednesday night at the Class 1A Serena Regional.Senior Shiela Browning led the way for the Lady Lions with 14 points, while Elizabeth Geuther added 11 rebounds.

Leland-Earlville 59, Keith Country Day 46
Collin Bomstad led the way for the Panthers with 25 points as Leland-Earlville picked up a non-conference win Wednesday in Leland.

Dan Pfaff added 13 points for the Panthers, who moved to 8-16 on the season.
Next up for L-E will be LaMoille-Ohio Tuesday.
