Anonymous $56,000 donation helps fund K-9 unit
The Putnam County Sheriff’s office received a generous gift, in the form of a $56,000, fully equipped K-9 squad unit for Deputy Jacob Frund and K-9 Roxy. The donation, which was given under the condition of anonymity, is a huge savings for the taxpayers, according to Sheriff Kevin Doyle.
