NT Staff

OTTAWA — A La Salle man was picked up on a warrant Tuesday charging him with home invasion.

Ollie B. Owens, 53, of 609 Fourth St., La Salle faces 6-30 years in prison with no possibility of probation if convicted of home invasion, a Class X felony. Bond was set at $100,000.

Owens will next appear Aug. 21 before La Salle County Circuit Judge Cynthia M. Raccuglia for arraignment.

Details were not immediately available. A police report was not issued and Owens was picked up on a sealed warrant, meaning there was factual presentation held in open court.
