Matthew A. Persich, 26, and Bianca A. Gallup, 25, both of 111 E. Iowa St., Spring Valley were charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance (heroin) with intent to deliver at 9:15 a.m. Friday in their residence, the Tri-County Drug Enforcement Narcotics Team (TRI-DENT) said in a press release issued Monday. They were charged after a search warrant resulted in the seizure of 4 grams of purported heroin, police said. Persich was ordered held in Bureau County Jail in lieu of $75,000. Gallup was ordered held on $30,000.
MENDOTA — Quinton L. Wallace, 22, of 1103 Westlawn Ave., Mendota was charged with unlawful delivery of a controlled substance (crack cocaine) July 16 in Mendota, the Tri-County Drug Enforcement Narcotics Team said in a press release issued six days after the fact.
Wallace was ordered held on $1 million bond for allegedly delivering cocaine to an undercover agent and after TRI-DENT seized additional cocaine and paraphernalia from Wallace’s residence, police said.
