The effort will crack down on people who illegally park in disability parking spaces at shopping malls beginning on Black Friday, Nov. 23. Secretary of State Police will enforce the provisions of the Parking Program for Persons with Disabilities at malls inChicago, the suburbs and across the state of Illinois until the end of the year.

White urged people to report abuse of accessible parking spaces by calling (217) 785-0309 or visiting the Secretary of State's website at the link below to complete the Parking Program for Persons with Disabilities Abuse Complaint Form.
