Senate Bill 3214 and House Bill 3724 — How to use an automated external defibrillator is to be added to high school health education. (Under HB 3274, it’s a graduation requirement.) House Bill 5406 — Creates the offense of possession of explosive substances, making it a Class 4 felony (1-3 years in prison) to possess certain explosive compounds. Contains exemptions.
