Police Reports
Eric E. Anderson, 35, of 810 E. Elm St., Streator was picked up Thursday in the 800 block of North Shabbona Street, Streator, on a La Salle County warrant charging him with two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance (heroin), the Tri-County Drug Enforcement Narcotics Team (TRI-DENT) said in a press release issued Monday. The charge is a Class 2 felony (3-7 years) alleging multiple deliveries; bond was set at $1 million.

Dwayne Daniels, 27, of 104 Seventh St., La Salle was charged with unlawful delivery of a controlled substance (heroin) and aggravated battery Thursday at Wilson and Vermilion streets in Streator, the Tri-County Drug Enforcement Narcotics Team (TRI-DENT) said in a press release issued Monday. The heroin charge is a Class 2 felony (3-7 years) alleging he delivered heroin; the battery charge is a Class 3 felony (2-5 years) alleging he struck a TRI-DENT agent. Bond was set at $1 million.

Jimmie R. Stillwell, 50, of 108 E. First St., Streator was charged with unlawful delivery of a controlled substance (heroin) Friday in the 1700 block of Route 23 in Streator, the Tri-County Drug Enforcement Narcotics Team (TRI-DENT) said in a press release issued Monday. The heroin charge is a Class 2 felony (3-7 years) alleging he delivered heroin. Bond was set at $1 million.

Kimberly C. King, 29, of Ottawa was charged with driving under the influence and improper lane use at 2:12 a.m. Thursday at Boyce Memorial Drive at Phelps Street in Ottawa, state police said.

Jose L. Gonzalez, 50, of St. Charles was charged with driving under the influence and improper lane use at 12:49 a.m. Friday on Route 71 at North 3501st Road in Ottawa, state police said.

Samuel A. Vickery, 18, of 1602 5th St., Peru was charged with speeding 109 in a 55 mph zone at 7:43 p.m. Monday on Route 23 near North 41st Road near Sheridan, according to La Salle County deputies.

Correy J. Barton, 30, of 916 Post St., Ottawa was charged with driving under the influence, driving while revoked, no insurance, improper lane use, speeding, disobeying a traffic-control device and failure to report an accident Sunday at 400 E. Superior St., Ottawa police said.

Emily A. Hughes, 29, of 4546 N. 2725th Road, Ottawa was charged with misdemeanor possession of cannabis Friday at State and Erickson streets, Ottawa police said.

Ryan A. Yost, 19, of 23332 2525E St., Princeton was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor Sunday in the 600 block of Webster Street, Ottawa police said.

PRINCETON — Caleb M. Theobald, 34, of Wyanet was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis in the 0 block of Vernon Street, according to Princeton Police Department.

MENDOTA — Javier Verdin, 31, of Chicago was charged with improper lighting, unlawful display of registration, no valid driver’s license and operation of vehicle displaying expired registration at 1:39 a.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on U.S. 52, Mendota police said.

MENDOTA — Abimael Cabrera, 24, of 111 S. 13th St., Mendota was charged with improper parking, no valid driver’s license and driving under the influence at 6:09 a.m. Sunday after officers were dispatched to the 700 block of 10th Avenue for a car parked in the middle of the street, Mendota police said.

Brandon R. Quick, 19, of 209 N. Woodland Ave., Oglesby was charged with driving under the influence, unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor, illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane use at 2:25 a.m. Sunday at Richards Street and North School Avenue, Oglesby police said.

Anthony Arriaga-Lucian, 21, of 1430 Fourth St., La Salle was picked up on two Putnam County warrants and one Marshall County warrant at 12:38 p.m. Monday at the Illinois Valley Y in Peru, La Salle police said.

Ashley T. Wren, 21, of 113 W. Cleveland St., Spring Valley was charged at 6:12 p.m. Thursday with violating a city ordinance (dog at large), said Spring Valley police.

Patricia L. Epps, 47, of 128 N. Spalding St., Spring Valley was picked up at 2:50 p.m. Saturday at her residence on a Kentucky probation and parole violation, said Spring Valley police.

James W. Jones, 53, of 609 N. Division St., Utica was charged with driving under the influence, improper lane usage, and possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia on Saturday on Route 178 south of Utica, Conservation Police said.

A vehicle driven by Grant S. Cottingham of Ottawa struck a deer at 6:50 a.m. Saturday near Route 71 and E. 1101st Road, two miles east of Oglesby, according to La Salle County Sheriff’s Office.

Ron A. Hattner, 25, of Mendota was charged with two counts of battery after deputies were called at 12:59 a.m. Sunday to a disturbance at Countryside Bar & Grill, Triumph, according to La Salle County Sheriff’s Office.

Arthur H. Graham, 43, of Sheridan was charged with no valid license at 10:30 a.m. Sunday on North 35th Road, three miles north of Ottawa, according to La Salle County Sheriff’s Office.

Timothy J. Rich Jr., 17, of Sheridan was charged with disobeying a stop sign at 1:09 p.m. Sunday on North 42nd Road, five miles southeast of Earlville, according to La Salle County Sheriff’s Office.

Jennifer L. Raridon, 24, of Utica was charged with improper lane usage, defective exhaust and driving under the influence of alcohol at 2:18 a.m. Monday on Route 23 near Hitt Street, Ottawa, the county sheriff’s office said.
