HUETTEMANN — Mr. and Mrs. Cole Huettemann (Lee-Kristina Wright) of Seatonville, girl, April 15, Illinois Valley Community Hospital, Peru.
GOETZ — Mr. and Mrs. Paul Goetz (Jodie Schwarz) of Hennepin, boy, April 17, Illinois Valley Community Hospital, Peru.

Police Reports
Jerry L. Greening, 28, of 322 E. Dakota St., Spring Valley turned himself in at 6:55 p.m. Wednesday on a La Salle County warrant for aggravated battery, according to Spring Valley police.

David A. Wagner, 54, of 6 Seventh St., Peru was charged with retail theft at 7:47 p.m. Thursday at the Pink Chihuahua, 633 First St., La Salle police said.

A vehicle driven by Ronald Nickler of Ottawa struck a deer at 5:40 a.m. Thursday on Route 71 south of Interstate 80 near Ottawa, according to La Salle County Sheriff’s Office.

Maria Cruz, 20, of Streator was charged with driving with a suspended license and speeding at 10:14 a.m. Thursday on Route 23 at North 2650th Road just south of Ottawa, according to La Salle County Sheriff’s Office.

Royce Davis, 65, of 13 Valley View Drive, Streator was charged with domestic battery at 6:03 p.m. Thursday at his home, according to La Salle County Sheriff’s Office.

Damien M. Johnson, 19, of 1110 N. 2950th Road, Ottawa was picked up Wednesday at 1626 Columbus St. on a La Salle County warrant for failure to appear (speeding), Ottawa police said.

Roosevelt J. Jones, 22, of 303 W. Washington St., Ottawa was charged with driving under the influence, felony aggravated fleeing and eluding, felony criminal damage to government property, endangering the life of a child, no insurance, speeding and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident today at 810 Catlin St., Ottawa police said.
