SONDGEROTH — Mr. and Mrs. Andy Sondgeroth (Jill Imel) of Germantown Hills, boy, William Isaac, Sept. 30, St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria. Paternal grandparents are John and Pat Sondgeroth of Mendota. Maternal grandparents are Larry and Jean Imel of Earlville.
Paternal great-grandparents are Paul Joerger and Robert and Mary Sondgeroth, all of Mendota. Maternal great-grandparents are Bruce and LaVerle Carter of Earlville.

Stan Wolfe of Mendota is the winner of this week’s newstip for telling about an explosion at Woodhaven that left a security worker injured. Coverage appeared Monday.

Police Reports
Tri-County Drug Enforcement Narcotics Team on Thursday charged Matthew Hazlewood Jr., 31, of 16½ W. U.S. 6, Peru with unlawful delivery of a controlled substance (heroin), a Class 2 felony, and Cara Roberts, 31, of the same address, with unlawful possession of a controlled substance (crack cocaine), a Class 4 Felony, according to a TRIDENT report.
Hazlewood reportedly delivered less than one gram of purported heroin to a person cooperating with TRI-DENT. Roberts was present with Hazlewood during the narcotic delivery and was found to be in possession of crack cocaine, TRIDENT reported.

Valorie C. Lockwood, 27, of 505 First St., Ottawa was charged with driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and speeding at 11:24 a.m. Friday at Second and Marquette streets, La Salle, according to La Salle police.
