KASPRAK — Mr. and Mrs. Kasprak of Utica, girl, Oct. 1 at St. Margaret’s Hospital, Spring Valley.

Police Reports
DEPUE — A 13-year-old female, no address provided was charged with domestic battery and aggravated assault at 11 p.m. Friday at 822 Willow St., DePue, according to Bureau County Sheriff’s Department. The sheriff’s report indicated a knife was involved.

DEPUE — Abigail Waugamon, 26, of 101 North West St., Hollowayville was charged with speeding and driving with an expired driver’s license at 7:10 p.m. Monday at Oakbrook and Cardiff, according to DePue Police Department.

PRINCETON — Tanna J. Roggy, 27, of 12333 2450 East St., Princeton was charged with a domestic dispute and disorderly conduct at 8:53 p.m. Sunday at her residence, according to Bureau County Sheriff’s Department.

A 17-year-old female from Bureau was charged with battery and disorderly conduct following a call about a fight at Hall High School in Spring Valley at 12:44 p.m. Friday, Spring Valley police said.

Anthony J. Swingle, 41, of 32871 U.S. 6 Apt. 116, Spring Valley was found walking the roadway intoxicated and charged with a city ordinance violation for public intoxication at 2:18 p.m. Sunday on Route 89 a half mile south of the U.S. 6/Route 89 junction, Spring Valley police said.

Katherine J. Smith, 51, of 16½ W. Sixth St., Peru was charged at 12:55 p.m. Monday at Sixth and Grant streets with failure to signal, driving with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with registration suspended for non-insurance, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and obstructing identification, and a passenger, Veta A. Roberts, 51, of 705 Calhoun St., Peru was picked up on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of driving with a suspended license, according to Peru police.

Terry L. McWilliams, 41, 1004 N.E. War Memorial Drive, Peoria was picked up at 11:01 a.m. Monday at 550 Gooding St. on a La Salle County warrant for failure to appear (unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia), La Salle police said.
