Police Reports
Katherine J. Walter, 50, of 502 S. McCoy St., Granville was treated and released at Illinois Valley Community Hospital, Peru after her car was struck by a car driven by Brandon J. Trump, 19, of 1815 11th St., Peru at 11:43 a.m. Saturday at Midtown Road and Plaza Drive, Peru. Trump was charged with failure to yield, according to Peru police.

Maria D. Moreno, 36, of 27 Del Monte Court, Streator was charged with no valid driver’s license, no insurance and improper lane use at 10:12 p.m. Saturday on Route 351 at the Shippingsport Bridge, La Salle police said.

Aaron C. Wylie, 51, of 436 Bucklin St., La Salle was charged with driving while revoked and failure to signal at 10:57 p.m. Saturday in the 400 block of Wright Street, La Salle police said.

Jose M. Carmona, 36, of 1017 Lafayette St., Aurora was charged with no valid driver’s license and failure to stop emerging from an alley at 11:37 p.m. Saturday on Route 351 at Civic Road, La Salle police said.

Mario Cano-Medina, 21, of 319 E. Walnut St., Oglesby was charged with no valid driver’s license, no insurance and no seat belt at 12:17 a.m. Sunday on Route 351 at the Shippingsport Bridge, La Salle police said.

L.J. Winfert, 22, of 1125 Walnut St., Peru was picked up at 1:26 a.m. Sunday at Doc’s Pub, 945 First St. on an original La Salle County warrant charging him with aggravated battery, La Salle police said.

Antonio Tapio-Romero, 33, of 4201 E. Michigan St., Indianapolis, Ind., was charged with driving while suspended, no headlights when required and no seatbelt at 8:29 p.m. Sunday in the 100 block of Marquette Street, La Salle police said.

Tara L. Casey, 22, of 213 S. Hawthorne St., Granville was charged with criminal trespass to real property at 4:43 a.m. Sunday in the 400 block of East Florence Street, Oglesby police said.

Dawn L. Roberts, 34, of 413 W. Lafayette St., Ottawa was charged with dog running at large Friday at 301 W. Lafayette St., Ottawa police said.

Joseph L. Reynolds, 41, of 412 E. Marquette St., Ottawa was picked up Friday in the 400 block of West Marquette Street on a La Salle County warrant for failure to appear (driving while suspended), Ottawa police said.

Jose Perez Morales, 28, of 1017 Paul St., Ottawa was picked up Friday in the 200 block of East Joliet Street on a La Salle County warrant for failure to appear (no insurance), Ottawa police said.

Duane B. Einhaus, 46, of 601 Division St., Apt. 6, Ottawa was charged with domestic battery Saturday in his residence, Ottawa police said.

Perry S. Chaban, 46, of 314 Alana Drive, Elwood was charged with driving under the influence, improper lane use and illegal transportation of alcohol Friday in the 1600 block of La Salle Street, Ottawa police said.

Dean A. Anderson, 50, of 301½ E. Superior St., Ottawa was charged with unlawful possession of open alcohol in public Sunday in the 100 block of West Superior Street, Ottawa police said.
 
PRINCETON — Colton M. Roberts, 17, of Henry was charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after the vehicle he was driving struck a vehicle driven by Rebecca E. Turpen, 18, of Princeton at 5:16 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Route 26 and 2120 East, according to Princeton Police Department.
