KLECKNER — Mr. and Mrs. Brad Kleckner (Stephanie Wenzel) of West Brooklyn, twins, boy and girl, May 3, Illinois Valley Community Hospital, Peru.

Police Reports
Ten Oswego minors were busted for drinking in Lake Thunderbird over the weekend.
Nicholas A. Scullans, William S. Hennessy, Kaleigh A. Soumar, Nicholas W. Boers, Christopher M. Kwiatkowski, Curtis B. Grysiewicz, Alexander J. Hilton, Nathan L. Sharp, Joshua M. Pelletier and Brendon D. Thies, all 18, were charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor at 7:22 p.m. Sunday, according to the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office.

Shawn P. Kennedy, 35, of 1423 Pulaski St., Peru was charged with expired driver’s license, improper lane usage and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle at 11:20 p.m. Monday on U.S. 6 at East Sixth Road, La Salle police said.

Brian Paulson¸32, of 944 Third St., La Salle was charged with no valid driver’s license, failure to give information after a property-damage accident and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle at 5:04 p.m. Thursday in the 900 block of Second Street, according to La Salle police.

Ruthy Salazar, 20, of 901 Grant St., Apt. 55, La Salle was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis (less than 2.5 grams) and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia at 7:10 a.m. Monday in her residence, according to La Salle police.
A 17-year-old La Salle boy was charged with unlawful possession of tobacco at 11:45 a.m. Monday at La Salle-Peru Township High School, according to La Salle police.

Burton C. Mayers, 47, of 224 E. Second St., Spring Valley was charged with being a pedestrian under the influence of alcohol and obstructing a peace officer at 1:26 a.m. Monday in the 200 block of E. St. Paul Street, Spring Valley police said.

DIXON — Lawrence E. J. Faletti, 33, of 412 S. Church St., Granville was charged with driving under the influence at 1:06 a.m. Sunday, according to Lee County Sheriff’s office.

WYANET — A vehicle driven by Federico PaPa of 304 Arbor, Bradford struck a deer at 12:03 a.m. Sunday at 1400 East St., north of 1000 North Avenue, south of Wyanet, according to Bureau County Sheriff’s Department.
