STEELE — Greg Steele and Brittany McClure of Arlington, boy, March 11, Illinois Valley Community Hospital, Peru.

Logan Michael Martin, son of Brent and Gina Martin of Peru, was baptized March 10 in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Peru, by the Rev. Harold Datzman, O.S.B.
Sponsor was Katie Videgar and witness was Peyton Pyszka.

Due to information incorrectly submitted to the NewsTribune, a euchre night at Putnam County Senior Center, Standard, printed in Monday’s Encore section On-The-Go calendar was listed for tonight. The correct time is at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 20.

Police Reports
Eric A. Mojica, 38, of 521 Illinois St., Peru was charged with no valid license at 11:21 p.m. Tuesday in the 1500 block of Fourth Street, Peru, according to Peru police.

Christopher C. Lee, 25, of Streator was charged with driving under the influence, failure to signal, no seat belt and defective windshield at 1:56 a.m. Saturday on Route 18 at Wasson Street in Streator, state police said.

Israel B. Vences, 41, of Toluca was charged with driving under the influence, improper lane use and speeding at 8:19 p.m. Friday on Interstate 39 south of Tonica, state police said.
WALNUT — Aaron M. Fargner, 21, 124 N. Second St., Walnut was transported to Perry Memorial Hospital  in Princeton after a one-vehicle accident at 3:56 p.m. Saturday at 1400 East Street just south of 3000 North Avenue. Fargner’s vehicle slid across an icy roadway, rolling one time and coming to rest on its wheels, according to Bureau County Sheriff’s Department. Perry Memorial does not release the condition of its patients.

TISKILWA — A vehicle driven by Bailey R. Towne of  17693 1705 North Avenue, Tiskilwa struck a deer at 7:18 p.m. Friday on 1250 North Avenue one mile east of 1790 East St., according to Bureau County Sheriff’s Department.

Jessie J. Sibley, 24, of 524 E. Marquette St., Ottawa was charged with driving while suspended Tuesday at West Joliet and Chestnut streets, Ottawa police said.

Jerome G. Shorkey III, 31, of 2120 Fox Chase Road, Ottawa was charged with felony retail theft and two counts of driving while suspended Tuesday in the 1200 block of La Salle Street, Ottawa police said.

PRINCETON — A 16-year-old male Malden boy was charged with battery in the 3000 block of North Main Street on Wednesday, according to Princeton police.

PRINCETON — A vehicle driven by Nettie Marie Dawson, 88, of Princeton collided with a vehicle driven by Joyce L. Egan, 58, of Princeton at West Clark and Linn streets, on Sunday. Both drivers were taken to Perry Memorial Hospital by Princeton EMS, according to Princeton police. Perry Memorial does not release the condition of its patients.
