WARMAN — Dr. and Mrs. David Warman (Angela Wiesbrock) of Hinsdale, boy, Logan David, Sept. 20, at home.
Grandparents are Dr. John and Yvette Warman of Tempe, Ariz., and Dan and Joanie Wiesbrock of Leonore.
Great-grandparents are Lorraine Theriault of Fort Kent, Maine and Bud and Marge Wiesbrock of Lostant.

Police Reports
Joshua Stohr, 24, of 201 Fifth Ave., Mendota was charged with driving under the influence of drugs, possession of cannabis (less than 2.5 grams), loud muffler and failure to signal at 11:47 p.m. Friday at Third and Wright streets, according to La Salle police.

Jose Escobedo, 31, of 2524 N. Linder Ave., Apt. B, Chicago was charged with driving while license suspended at 6:16 p.m. Saturday at Eighth and Sterling streets, according to La Salle police.

An Oglesby pedestrian was struck and injured by a car Sunday night, Oglesby police said.
Vickie Halberg, 35, of Oglesby was treated and released from Illinois Valley Community Hospital, Peru, for injuries suffered after being struck by a car at 10:45 p.m. Sunday in the 300 block of East Walnut Street, police said.
The driver, Joshua Farrell, 35, of 641 W. Walnut St., Lot 33, Oglesby was charged with failure to yield to a pedestrian, police said.

A 17-year-old girl was charged with internal theft of more than $500 at 5:29 p.m. Friday at Kohl’s store, Peru, according to Peru police.

Courtney L. Burkhart, 24, of 322 E. Dakota St., Spring Valley was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence with at least 0.08 percent blood-alcohol and improper lane usage at 1:26 a.m. Saturday at Fifth and Pike streets, Peru, according to Peru police.
Chloe M. Parcher, 3, of 424 Richards St., Spring Valley was treated and released at Illinois Valley Community Hospital, Peru after she was struck by a car that was backing up at 4:55 p.m. Friday in the parking lot at Wal-Mart, Peru, according to the hospital and Peru police. Richard L. Justi, 70, of 12921 3065 E St., Spring Valley told police a blind spot prevented him from seeing the girl and a woman, Elizabeth N. Parcher, 25, same address, who also was struck but was not treated at the hospital, according to the report.

MENDOTA — Otoniel R. Espinoza, 46, of 1108 Main St., Mendota was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to secure a child over the age of 4 at 10:35 p.m. Saturday following a traffic stop in the 600 block of Sixth Street, according to Mendota police.

MENDOTA — Abigail L. Hampton, 25, of Arlington was charged with battery at 4:24 p.m. after officers were flagged down for a disturbance in the 1000 block of Main Street, according to Mendota police.

MENDOTA — Chaves R. Stokes, 40 of Carbondale was picked up at 6:12 p.m. Friday on a Jackson County failure-to-appear warrant for operating a taxi without a certificate, according to Mendota police.

MENDOTA — Luther S. Horton, 54, of 100 S. First Ave., Mendota was picked up at 10:09 a.m. Friday while in the 200 block of Cherry Street on a Bureau County failure-to-appear warrant for a charge of driving while license revoked, according to Mendota police.

DEPUE — Jose A. Guzman, 35, of 105 Short St., DePue was charged with domestic battery at 5:08 p.m. Saturday at his residence, Bureau County Sheriff’s Office said.

Jason L. Read, 34, of 204 Canal St., Ottawa was charged with driving while suspended, no lights when required, illegal transportation of alcohol and unlawful possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia Friday in the 500 block of East Norris Drive, Ottawa police said.

Patrick E. Anderson, 19, of 602 E. McKinley Road, Apt. 2D, Ottawa was charged with driving while suspended, no insurance, speeding, unsafe tires and failure to notify the Secretary of State of an address change Saturday in the 1900 block of La Salle Street, Ottawa police said.

Frank N. Golick, 24, of Tinley Park was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis (2.5-10 grams) Saturday at Wal-Mart, Ottawa police said.

Heather L. Ferrario, 24, of 4465 E. 1369th Road, Ottawa was picked up Saturday at Wal-Mart in Ottawa on a La Salle County warrant for failure to appear, Ottawa police said.

Corey M. Sutherland, 35, of 1467 Catherine St., Ottawa was charged with driving while suspended Friday at La Salle and West Madison streets, Ottawa police said.

Marla F. Mohlman, 61, of 1116½ Paul St., Ottawa was charged with no valid driver’s license and no insurance Sunday at Guion and Joliet streets, Ottawa police said.

Rodrick J. Harris, 34, of 1117 N. Leclare St., Chicago was charged with resisting a peace officer and misdemeanor disorderly conduct Sunday in the 800 block of West Joliet Street, Ottawa police said.

Karina Hernandez, 23, of Ottawa was charged with improper lane usage and driving under the influence of alcohol after deputies made a traffic stop at 2:40 a.m. Sunday on Route 71 near Bowen Road near Sheridan, according to La Salle County Sheriff’s Office.

Joseph Harkins, 25, of 895 Fillebrowne St., Marseilles was charged with driving under the influence and improper lane usage after deputies made a traffic stop at 12:41 a.m. Friday on West Bluff Street and Oakdale Avenue in Marseilles, according to La Salle County Sheriff’s Office.

Pamela Fortune, 43, of 233 Regency Drive, Bartlett was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and driving under the influence of alcohol after deputies investigated a hit and run accident 10:52 p.m. Friday at Fat Daddy’s parking lot in Seneca, according to La Salle County Sheriff’s Office.
