Despite some rain, the 37th annual Kid's Fishing Tournament brought out families to fish at the Illinois and Michigan Canal Lock 14 in La Salle. The event was sponsored by the Better Fishing Association of Northern Illinois, the Illinois Department of Natural Resources, the Peru Rescue Station and the cities of La Salle and Peru.
