Jean Data, 87, of Ladd died July 7, 2013, in Heritage Health Care, La Salle. 
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Hurst Funeral Home, Ladd, with Pastor Tom McMurtry of Lighthouse Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be at Ladd Cemetery. 
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until time of services Thursday in the funeral home. 
Mrs. Data was born June 20, 1926, in La Salle to Edward and Catherine (McGraw) Baker. She married LaVerne Data on July 3, 1948, in Ladd. 
She graduated from La Salle-Peru Township High School in 1944.  She worked at Westclox, Lanuti’s and Spring Creek Golf Course. Previously, she owned and operated Club 87 Grand in Ladd. 
Survivors are one son, Darrell Data of Tukwila, Wash.; one daughter, Joleen (Richard) Nauman of Ladd; four grandchildren, Julie (Kevin) Keating of Peru, Kristen (Drayson) O’Connell of Granville, Tess (Jordan) Skyles and Anthony Data of Seattle, Wash.; two great-grandchildren, Luke and Katie Keating; three sisters-in-law and one brother-in-law, nieces and nephews. 
She was preceded in death by her husband on April 4, 1985; one grandson in infancy; four sisters and one sister and one brother in infancy.
Pallbearers were Luke and Kevin Keating, Drayson O’Connell, Carl Savage, Terry Piletic and Jerry Wagner.
